Member of the Theta Chi Fraternity

  • Vice President of Health and Safety —> January 2022- January 2023

Main goal was to work with my executive board to ensure the safety of our chapter, as well as, educate the chapter on our Sacred Purpose

  • Philanthropy Chair —> August 2021 - January 2022

Main objective was to work with other fraternities and sororities at UCF to formulate events to help raise money for our respected charities.

Our was specifically the USO where we raised over $45,000 as a chapter. This resulted in winning the “Alter Award” which is Theta Chi’s highest chapter honor.

MISSION STATEMENT

My mission is to continue to acquire knowledge that I can utilize in the workforce, whilst simultaneously building a network of like-minded individuals who share similar goals and ambitions.

During my interactions with CJ, he is often even keeled and applies a pragmatic approach to his academics, project management and on the field as an talented athlete. As a mentor to CJ, he is constantly looking to develop his skill sets—not only by requesting feedback but immediately implementing suggestions to continually improve.

    CJ has an innate ability to create and establish relationships with those he interacts with by being genuinely kind and friendly. He has a high level of self-awareness that has enabled him to quickly identify the personality traits of those he interacts with and adjusts his approach to establish and leverage effective working relationships. All of the aforementioned done with a high level of focus and determination with a keen sense of humor.
